About me
Each one of us has a certain flame in his heart, which is burning for a specific passion. Our task is to find it and keep it alive.
My passion for wood has naturally evolved from my childhood painting interest. In time I saw that I can bring forth better emotions and passions through sculpting. I realized that the wood is the most versatile material which God, in his generosity, is putting at our disposal, to be used according to our needs, passions and skills. We, who choose to work with it, have an obligation to treat the divine gift with all our consideration and to invest it with all our attention and skill.
The fusion frames collection is an expression of this conviction by which I'm exploring different sides of the divine and human personality.
The functional and decorative wood works are another expression of same convictions, asserting once more that the usable can and has to be also beautiful. Along my artistic journey I enjoyed my father's support and encouragements. His memory is the most vivid in my mind when I'm crafting sacred objects.
